Nothing because I'd be dead and things in existence don't matter to a dead person. However, even if I were able to miss things after I'm dead, I still wouldn't miss anything as there's nothing in life that I enjoy or like to do. I wish I could die asap so that I don't have to suffer

There are things I would definitely miss if I were stuck in the hospital or something, but when I'm dead I'm dead.
