Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

What water temperature for Sn?
I think warm water is prefered so the salt could be dissolved easily. But I dont think it matters that much as long as it dissolve.

hot water or lukewarm?
I imagine hot water may be good. Solubility increases with temperature, so the SN would dissolve quicker and better -- as Anhaedra stated. Not too hot to prevent you from drinking the full amount, but maybe the temperature of a cup of tea that has cooled somewhat.

This is purely speculative but I've also read that drinking hot beverages helps to increase your body temperature, which usually happens during digestion and will signal to your body that you are full. I assume this may cause your body to divert more blood to your digestive tract, which would increase digestion and absorption rate. However again this is pure speculation and I have no evidence to verify it.

It dissolves in water. As long as it's between ice and steam I think you'll manage.

Are you supposed to use distilled water? I know the purity testing requires it, but how about the ctb?
