What are some good ways of making sure that I don't go crazy and call the ambulance. And is closing my eyes a good way to combat the feeling of dizziness / light headedness?

Good question, I also worry about panicking. I'm thinking of maybe listening to sleep sounds like rain/wind or crackling fire, maybe lay down n close my eyes. Hopefully the diazepam will stop me freaking out. I just want to fucking die. Wish I had a gun be so much quicker, simpler and higher chance of not failing. Fuck this world

It's a great question. I would like to take Benzos but unfortunately I just do not have access to them right now. That would be my recommendation. Some people do report a feeling of peace but it's far from guaranteed when you're doing the real deal. I took a very small amount and it was quite peaceful but it was too small to go unconscious. It almost felt kind of good. However, it was less by far than the lethal dose, and I felt no nausea and only started getting nervous when people warned me it was a bad idea on here lmao. I think mindset has to do with it and that's why I'm nervous.
There was another person on here who basically said that he tried to ctb and never got nausea because of the meto and never even got scared and they it was peaceful. And another person who said they did get nausea...or rather than they vomited. It seems like whether someone gets nervous or not during that time is random, or maybe its only if you have the "wrong" thoughts.
Sorry for rambling, this is something I also need to consider. Like I said, mindset is important and I tend to have intrusive thoughts. Now I probably cursed myself talking about that, haha.

Like it's been stated already, the thoughts you think during the process is important. You have to be basically completely sure (or sure enough) of what you're doing and think thoughts that pertain to your reasons for it. As far as activities go I'm not sure about that either, I don't want to do anything too enjoyable that will trigger SI. That's why I'm unsure if I will put on music or not or if I do, something blander.

I would take a bunch of psych meds that I have. Also listening to music is a good idea.
