Anyone from Ecuador here?

According to this news (Click Here To See The News) , two couples injected a substance to commit suicide.

Los cadáveres de R**M** y T** P**, de 30 y 29 años, respectivamente, fueron hallados la mañana y tarde del pasado 13 de abril en la ciudadela K**. Él estaba en su domicilio con un suero en uno de sus brazos y ella fue hallada en un hotel con una jeringa en una extremidad. Se habrían suministrado una sustancia.

The bodies of R ** M ** and T ** P **, 30 and 29 years old, respectively, were found in the morning and afternoon of April 13 at the K ** citadel. He was at home with an IV in one of his arms and she was found in a hotel with a syringe in one limb. They would have injected a substance.

La segunda fue una pareja de la capital, L** y M**, quienes habrían pactado quitarse la vida en un hotel, a causa de una supuesta depresión y también inyectándose medicamento.

As for the doctors: likely some kind of opiate or/and benzo. I recall reading a paper on Doctor/GP suicides a while back and OD-ing on drugs brought home from the workplace was the #1 way to CTB.

Wouldn't it be "easier" for people in general to obtain these drugs rather than N? Or maybe is not as peacefull as N
