What should someone do before CTB. Any requirements or stuff like that?

Whatever one wants. Maybe think through whether this is the correct course of action if there's any uncertainty? I dunno, it's probably what'll be on my mind.

Depends.
Some people who are into the emotional aspects of their relationships state that one should leave a note explaining why.

Then you have people like me, who have taken steps to distance themselves from society and other people in general who just want to fade away and generally not want to be found.

One thing is certain, one would at least have to consider (even if it's just in passing) how you'd be found after undergoing your chosen method.
