My bday is coming up and I'm trying to get my mind in a better spot so I don't act out on my bday. (Bc my mind says to do it on my bday so my family doesn't have suffer 2 days out of the year).
What should I do leading up to my bday so I don't do anything stupid?

Do you have any nature spots to go to near you? I know for me when I am out in nature it really uplifts my mood for a bit because I get to see peacefulness. It's also nice just taking a walk or sitting enjoying the scene if you can because it allows you to be mindful of what is going on around you and not so much your inside thoughts, it's called external mindfulness.

you could try to make plans with others or in public so that your mind has something to look forward to instead. Think of what things you do enjoy about this planet/life like foods you could eat, places you can go, something you could watch on tv or YouTube? Just a couple ideas

Not much honestly…I wish I enjoy nature too.

Yes. I should, I don't want to be by myself or else I'll hurt myself
