Hi, I've been testing a bit with partial hanging for a bit now, so, I've figured out an appropriate place to do it (Sitting against my door, belt tied at doorknob)
However, I want to know if I'm doing this right. During my most recent attempt, I was unsure of the knot position on my neck, nonetheless I held my breath, I felt a blackout, a weakness of sorts and my lips feeling weird, like a dry feeling.
Is this how it's supposed to feel? I managed to fail by standing up when I felt an overwhelming weakness (10 seconds in I guess?)
