Only things likely to fail like painkillers seem to be available.
A similar question has been asked recently. https://www.sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/methods-for-the-uk.173311/ There's access to ropes, to tents and charcoal for example.

The difficulty i my case is I'm disabled and don't think i could do alot of them without help. I saved up to go to dignitas but my mother stole my life savings.
