My brain keeps cycling back around to this question. Given my mental state i'm here on SS and other various "support" groups.
Everyone is a little different of course but there is huge theme I see of people being and/or feeling alone. Throw in a dash of various mental health issues and/or personal life stressors and that's basically everyone's story. I don't say it like that to diminish anyone's feeling, life can be crushing and I above most others get that. My point is just that despite all our differences there are a really large number of themes that apply to most of us.
So anyone with internet can figure out what types of things are already available and the same with us having themes of issues there are themes as to why we cannot find something to walk us into wellness.
What do you think "might" help you in some small way that is currently not available and/or not readily available?
Not like I dont have money so I cant do this, but tangible things that could/should exist that might personally help you.
For instance - For me I would without question simply benefit from something to do that mandated interaction but skipped small talk nonsense i.e. a toastmasters club is the one thing I would really like to try but closest one is a little to far away.
