Method What order would you take these things (SN)?

I have gathered things to ctb and trying to decide on timing with that I have.

I have SN, mirtazapine- this is an anti depressant but a strong anti emetic and also makes me tired, travel sickness anti emetics, antacids and propanalol.

I will fast for 8 hours but don't want to take things over 2 days as in Stan's method.

How would you proceed with these things?

Also can't help wondering if the fact I've struggled with gastritis recently means this will cause me agony.

Stan's guide also had a stat dose method that did not take two days, give it a second read.

I have seen it, but it doesn't use the things I have. So I was asking what order people would take the things that I have...

Ok well.. first of all I'm unsure if either of your antiemetics will even work. Stan's guide has a list of suitable ones and I think what makes them the best is that they are.. dopamine blockers?

As listed in the guide if you're taking a pain killer do it one hour before, then if you have an antiemetic take it 45 minutes prior, and 30 minutes before the SN take the antacid. Take a standard propranolol dose at the same time as the pain killers since google says that takes ~an hour to kick in.
