Partial may work. Im thinking belt and rope. Position the belt buckle on the outside of the door and close the door so the belt is wedged secure and wont pull off. Either unse a second belt to create some length or somehow get a rope securef to the belt, other end around my neck

If you want to know if it's suitable, tie a rope to it and try to put your full body weight on it.. if it seems unstable then don't use it.
