What kind of rope is needed for partial hanging?

simple question.
What kind of rope do i need?how long?
can a jump rope be used?i have that one

As long as it doesn't break under your weight I don't see why not.

If I do do it I'm hopeful I'll have sn but partial is my back up. For that I have a 6mm "hemp" rope that should work nicely to give you an idea.
