What is the best book for C.T.B methods that i can download?

I do not like The P.P.H.B because all the methods in it require money and connections, I am a disabled-NEET from the third world with 0 income I need methods that do not require much cash (preferably non), i saw there were a bunch of books in the wiki, i need to download something that is fitting for my criteria, so i can look it up when the shit hits the fan and mom dies and i become under the threat of homelesness and hunger with 0 way out, basically i need something informative and has methods that don't require too much cash, but, i need it to be comprehensive, so, i do not end up fucking it up and ending up crippled or needing too much time to pass out, i am also concerned about the book not getting updated versions at all, so a book that gets updated from time to time with new relavent info would be a plus as long it has methods that don't cost too much cash, poverty is my biggest problem.

Check the resource compilation. Plenty of downloads there. Not that many though, one could totally brute-force download all the downloads, skim the table of contents of every book and decide what to read.

Note that some downloads are folders containing books, not books directly. Do not be confused by that. Also some downloads are stuff other than books.

As you mentioned, do note when each individual book was last updated. The older, the more you should take with a grain of salt.

I'm not sure which books particularly are better or worse though.

Also other resources in the resource compilation may also be better than books in some ways.

Unfortunately you aren't going to find very many methods where cost isn't a factor in some way. I don't know how bad your disability is but that may also limit what you're able to do. I hope you're able to find your peace though

Thankfully, i am physically healthy, it's just i have schizophrenia, hence, no job or income, living of my old-aging mother sadly, i am considering either partial hanging, charcoal burning, or shallow water black out, these are the least costy ones i found.
