I will use the inert gas and exit bag solution.
I know the exit bag should have two effects:
1. Blow out the oxygen and carbon dioxide I spit out
2. Prevent outside air from entering
my question:
1. Where should the air outlet be in the bag? Is it in the direction of my nose? How do I make sure it is in the right place ?
2. What is the airflow pattern in a typical exit bag?
3. Where is HD video using this method? (refers to videos of people who have successfully committed suicide using this method.)

From what I gather you're supposed to point the hose upward into the bag and air/CO2/inert gas is leaving through the bottom, because it's not supposed to be fastened to your neck air tight, but a little loose.

There's one of those unwieldy "megathreads" over here: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/exit-bag-and-inert-gas-megathread.8393/

The short version is that the inert gas enters the bag via a tube, typically taped near the top of the bag, and the excess inert gas, air, and CO2 are expelled through the elastic at the neck of the bag (this is why it's important not to have a tight seal around the neck).
