Help what is suspension hanging?

do SI kick in before anything even happens? also is it super painful? i can deal with mild pain. also also is is achievable with think cords, like hdmi cords?
i also have trouble hanging due to the fact there isnt a lot of things in my room to tie it to(?) i guess

You need around 10kg (extra safe estimate) pressure on the neck to occlude the carotids. Partial suspension is when you put a cord around your neck and lean limp in such a way that it tightens around your neck. There's a thread on it. Full suspension is safer because you get way more than the required 10kg pressure but it's not necessary and harder to pull off.

When you find the "sweet spot" on your neck where you arent accidentally compressing your trachea or something, you pass out in seconds and die in around ten to thirty mins.

Personally I'm not going to use anything but a strong rope because if you fuck up you can end up retarded so it's not a good impulse method. It's not worth using some nonsense cord for convenience, this is the most important thing you will ever do in your life.

SI is very personal and you have to make peace with that by yourself, but it shouldn't hurt more than a punch or something.

What kind of hanging - full suspension hanging, or partial? They're entirely different. No, an hdmi cord isn't strong enough (99% chance it won't work). There's always a chance it could work, but it's doubtful. Probably will be some pain.
