Upon waking up there's a strange out of body experience. Gradually i formulate a few things i have to do to survive ie eat, make coffee and smoke and go through the motions and feel vaguely human afterwards.

i then decide which aspect of the house renovation i'm going to attack, get in the car to the village, buy some bread, have a coffee in a bar and get some building materials. I feel well and work hard until early afternoon, at which point it all seems futile and then the black dog gets me and i come here and start drinking pastis. Eventually i do i bit more work but lose my enthusiasm gain, By 6 i'm eating and taking my meds and by 9 in bed.

What do you do?

As of late, wake up 11am, take a Prozac, scroll in my bed all day, get up to heat leftovers, eat leftovers in bed, sleep... Sometimes I'll go to class like I should...

A regular week day is;
Wake up, do hair, drink water, go to school, either go home halfway through the day or stay until the end, when I get home I go to my bed and lay there either watching series or being here on my phone, "eat dinner", do the same as when i got home, then read and sleep ( if I can).

Go for a 45-90 minute walk to grocery shop
Eat 2 more meals in the day since it takes me 45 minutes per meal so I am forced to eat many times a day.

Yup that is my "life" for the last 5 years, no friends, no special activities other than I shoot at a gun club 1-2 times a month, I wake up and every day is the same like pressing replay my "life" feels like the movie Groundhog Day.

wake up - disappointed to still be here. Meditate, exercise at the gym or outdoors, watch a DVD, write (a lot, prolific writer), housework, research various subjects and eat, sleep, repeat.

Arise disappointed I was not taken in my sleep, briefly noting how reality feels like a dream and dreams closer to reality.

Divert attention (usually through Internet use.)

Eat maybe one meal that can barely be finished in the evening.

Sleep inconsistently until my eyes shut for more than several hours.

Repeat.

wake up -> eat breakfast (usually 4 eggs and some milk) -> school -> gym -> protein shake -> sitting behind my computer doing stuff -> quick meal -> more computer time -> final meal -> computer time until I feel sleepy -> go to bed -> can't sleep so I'm on my phone -> midnight snack -> go to bed and then hopefully fall asleep

The surface particulars of each will vary but the underlying spiritual monotony of existing in this wierd semi dream like status of not really knowing or caring what is happening haunts me like a shadow.
Oh and cleaning, a fair amount of cleaning

Get the kiddo up for school
Feed cats
Shower while listening to music
Eat bacon and eggs with avocado, protein shake or just bacon.
Work=stream video games
Cook kiddo dinner
Eat more bacon
Sometimes watch series
Work a few more hours before sleep
Look at iFunny while going to sleep
Contemplate life and then realize everything is shit and then go to sleep sad asf.
And repeat
