What if you take SN without the benzos?

There is no particular danger to it, and in fact, benzos are not required for SN attempts to be successful. Benzos are used to calm a person and combat the interference of SI in the attempt. If you do not take them, you just increase the risk of freaking out and calling for medical help before you die.
