Help What if i'm found

My plan if I can't do this no food or water is to hopefully take a shotgun to head, my fear is that my mother will go looking and report me missing and I do not want to be found. Is there anyway to leave a note letting authorities know not link me to my identity? Or to make so I'm always listed as a John doe?

They will always notify next of kin unfortunately. Mostly because they want some one to claim (pay for) the body and any services rendered.
They will also try the hardest to ID you...

Then I will have to get a shot that will make sure my face is unidentifiable , God I hate America

My mother is unstable and will more then likely die or have a stroke if she knew I killed myself as she is very religious, I'm not

Then really.... I think you should go camping/hunting etc ...
Hike out a few days into the wilderness ... get to a place where you don't see much evidence of human activity.
The animals will take care of the rest after your suicide.

Plus if you buy a hunting license and you were found somehow .... maybe it could just be one of those tragedies... that would solve you being in hell for your mom.
