What if I lost my chance?

In Eminem' s song "Lose Yourself" he says: -

"You only get one shot, do not miss your chance to blow
This opportunity comes once in a lifetime"

What if someone had this opportunity, let it slip and now, there will be no more chances of a come back.

What's the point of keep on living then?
Let's say you lost your chance to become who you really want to be.
Accepting that you will never have the chance again hurts so much that sometimes make it seems that happiness will be impossible to achieve.

So, what to do in life, after you lost everything?

I can't say for others but for me if you blew your dream chance then its better to ctb early on than wait, suffer more and die (suicide or non-suicide).
