What happens if you overdose on nytol

In the UK there sleeping pills which you can buy over the counter. These sleeping pills help me to sleep well at night

The sleeping pills are called nytol.

Has anyone overdosed on nytol ?

you will most likely wake up after around 23 hours with a huge migraine.
Sleeping pills, especially in the UK are now subject to very strict health codes, preventing cases of overdose.

Overdosing on OTC medication will never work. Sleep medication? Forget it. You won't die from it. You'll be in a worsen state than the one you're already in.

Nytol is primarily Benadryl. Very unlikely to be fatal.
