i was doing well recently, i dont know why my depression has been so noticeable the last few days. ive still been taking my meds, but it just doesnt matter. i've also started having passive ideation again... why does this happen to me

i'm sorry, i hope this depressive low is short lived and you start to feel better again. it is a long running battle we have to fight.
i wonder if maybe you could identify what might've been a trigger this time. It could've been something that happened, something that
was said or something you heard or something you saw that emotionally affected you. it can help if you try to figure it out.
