I have my sodium nitrite, I have little 50 ml glasses what else do I need... I know I need metto but I'm not sure how to get that and what else would I need besides metto?

I'm kind of wondering too, I got discharged from my therpay a few months ago and I don't have a doctor to prescribe me anything so I'm just stuck with SN and ibuprofen
