Help What does "solution" mean ?

Im fairly new to SaSu and i read "A crash course for new members" "Rules and FAQ" and "The principles of SaSu" but i didn't see it mentioning what the number of "solutions" a member has mean. What does it refer to ?

If i didn't explain it properly, here is what im reffering to :

If someone is making a thread they have the option to set the thread as a question, and the original poster can choose the reply that answers their question best and this gives the person a solution.
