I've been in situations where, even knowing I wasn't being treated well, I preferred to say nothing. Because the fear of displeasing someone, of creating conflict, or of generating a confrontation was so great that I ended up accepting everything.

When I let slip suicidal ideas. its part reach out to what I'm thinking on doing, and more confirmation usually that nobody gives an actual shit.

Many times, yeah. Most of my life. But I'm tired. My life should be easy to manage in theory. Yet it is at all. I feel like the "just accepting everything" part is just staying alive. By not doing that anymore, I would cut off all of these situations you mentioned, alongside many other problems, no?
