What do you do for work?

Im a 27 year old mcdonald's janitor. Dont feel great about it. Would actually like to do something cool with my life besides dealing with customer's and fast food grease.

I work in the software sector. Being able to work from home is great but the job itself can get really boring.

What would you like to do if you weren't a janitor and how do you think you could achieve that?

I used to be a teacher but with a criminal record I'll never teach again which is a big reason for me. I can't get any other jobs since getting out and even the jobs that are available just don't appeal to me, like manual labour and things that I'm not suited for and probably wouldn't even get if I'm being real.

I always wanted to be some IT guy whatever. To work remotely and care less about where to live in the world. So it seems, I might not be immune to CBTing if I become one.

If your boss is not giving you pay cuts or reduce you salary in one way or another then you are lucky. Mine reduces my salary. Its harsh. I wish I shoveled sh$t in a zoo in a developed country instead of what I have to experience. It's not too bad but stressful anyway. Not CTB worth yet but around that if things get worse.

I think I want to get my CDL to be a garbage truck driver, im slowly saving up money so maybe I can got to CDL school for it one day. There is a school a half hour away from me. Besides that I have no idea, I just don't want to be stuck there forever

Good idea. I wanted to be a truck driver, but I can't especially now. I want something different now. No idea yet
