I know for me bc my family is still alive I want to stick around for them. Being in better shape helps me cope better with being alive while I don't want to be here.

I eat once a day. That is how I stay fit. Although I'm not sure if that is considered staying fit.

i bike and walk everywhere. not specifically to stay fit, its just my main form of transportation and its calming for me.

There is a recovery board here too. I didn't make this thread in the suicide section but maybe I should have put it in the recovery section rather than offtopic.
Anyway it's due to health reasons, there is little use being in worse state of health than before. Not doing exercise won't kill me but I'll feel worse. Walking is bare minimal really. Sometimes I make efforts to improve myself before plunging to new lows. This past week is one of those.

Well, I don't walk alone, I walk with a housemate. I prefer at night because there are fewer people on the street and it's been a nice couple of nights. I don't feel like sunbathing or anything like that.

Staying fit??? What is that? Lol! …… But seriously, I am trying to eat healthier and increase my activity. I mean, you have to start somewhere right?

Weights ie Barbell and Dumbbells, exercise bike, slimfast and creatine shake's, slimfast and protein powder shake's, Raw eggs, boiled eggs, tunafish, pasta, broccoli, spinach, cauliflower florets, etc

Close to nothing, I walk my dog, Frankie, once every night if that counts. I just don't have the energy anymore to exercise.

Sometimes I go to the gym and when I don't go, I do some exercises on my own. I must say that it helps me a lot even on days full of problems

I hate going around when people are out unless I absolutely have to. Also night is simply comfy, thats the time when the days done, no obligations or responsibilities, just right for a nice walk with some tunes before heading back for bed.

Yes I see the appeal. But another thing I don't like about night is everyone walks their dogs. Everyone seems to have one now. And usually they are the bad ones that can't go out during the day. I did start walking at night and discovered this.

HIT, yoga, and Pilates workouts on YouTube. Lately just HIT with weights.
I'll also use the bike downstairs if I'm not feeling up to the more tougher workouts that day.

Eating healthy, drinking water. Running or walking and doing some fat burn exercise, and lift some weights.
I would never be able to go to a gym. I would skip days all the time. But I can workout at home regulary

Weights and pull-ups. Sometimes go for a bike ride or walk. The problem is that the harder I exercise the hungrier I get and keeping the eating under control is a challenge.
