From ur experince what do u think is more painful suffocation with plastic bag or ligature strangulation ?

I'd say number 1, but it depends on whether the plastic bag is filled with nitrogen (which would result in one passing out quickly)

All asphyxiation methods is not painful, the word suffering would be more appropriate. The biggest suffering is with a plastic bag and it lasts the longest ...

Probably strangulation. Was nearly strangled to death before and it is a terrifying, painful and very unpleasant experience overall.
