A months prescription is what she gives everytime so it depends on the dose and what time but yeah I just want to lie about panic attacks

I'm dealing with the same thing, just need enough for the SN method and will try and tell my new psych that I haven't been able to sleep, feel on edge, panic attacks, etc.
