I'm really suffering mentally and physically. I can barely see or hear or walk around I'm almost bedridden. I need help

I agree with @Alex58. Try to explain to us what's exactly going on so that we can try to help you out.
According to your words, you're in a lot of pain both physically and mentally. That really sucks but the mental problems could actually be solved.
