Does DSL deliver to every country? Being in a third-world one its very likely they wouldn't deliver any here

DHL ships to Poland too, but I don't know if we can get packages from Germany here specifically, I've never tried that.
I also don't know if DSL is okay with shipping to Poland even if DHL does work here, does anyone have info on that?
