Help What components are required for the exit bag to work?

I know that there needs to be a sort of gas (Hellium, Nitrogen, etc.) but what is there to specifically look for to make sure the gas works and how are you going to keep the gas in the bag? How much gas has to go into the bag so that it doesn't pop?

The gas is a continuous flow into and out the bottom of the bag. Read chapter 5
