I'm pretty sure I can't drink alcohol before hand but can i take a few xanax?

Yeah, alcohol is a no-go because it increases the risk of vomiting, but I haven't seen anything against taking xanax. As long as it's not over the recommended dose.

Benzos are fine I guess. Experiment around with them first before using it with the attempt.

Opiods should be good too in low dose (because higher may induce vomiting)
