What can hurt me?

I don't want to die but id like to suffer. Does anyone know of anything I can OD on which will make me badly ill for a while? I know it sounds ridiculous but it's what keeps me sane.

Please don't try and hurt yourself with an OD. I don't think anyone here is going to tell you what to take so you can make yourself ill.

Internal self harm is really much worse than external self harm. If you must do one consider external so you don't cause long term damage.

External self harm doesn't work. I'm not too fussed about long term damage if I'm honest.

I see. Ok, well you can likely ingest baby shampoo or soap. You would get stomachache, nausea, and diarrhea mostly.
