Any meds I can take I can't drink cause I live in a country where its illegal to drink so any alternatives to that would be appreciated

I'm not going to drink as well. But hopefully the pain will be very short or even none at all

Maybe benzos, which are available as sleeping pills. I'm not sure though

Many pain meds are opioids. If you can get an opioid that would be good. Benzos good too to take away anxiety.
