My priority is going lights out and never waking. I don't want to feel pain or flinch and eff up my shot. From all I've read so far about helium as a method, as long as the concentrations are high enough for long enough (at least 15 - 20 mins) this will suit my purpose. What are your thoughts, warnings, experiences?

Helium sold to the public is nearly always "cut" with oxygen these days.

You're more likely to successfully find pure nitrogen, which works the exact same way.

You need to buy some expensive equipment, and of course the gas itself is expensive. Things like the flow regulator require proper use, and you need to set up the exit bag properly.

The main risk is that if it goes wrong for any reason - a small mistake with the method, or being discovered - you could be left with brain damage and other signs of oxygen deprivation.

Overall it's probably more peaceful than any other method, but also quite difficult.

i make some tests using 3 He tanks ($32 unit).

I check their purity using a gas meter ($115).
Then i fill in a bag with gas put it to my head (without tightening obvisously). It make me lost consciouness after 2-3 breadth !

I manage to the same result using a somewhat "him holf method". When i have around SpO2 50% according my oxymeter ($16), i lost conscoiuness too.

The complicated setup and cost is why I won't go this route. I really wish I could be put down like a dog.

How is the method going to look like?
I was thinking I could just get a canister and use tubing and a plastic bag secured around my neck. Guess it's looking like this is not going to be possible.
