What are the best otc anti emetics to take for Sn?

Hi I can't get prescription anti emetics. Which are the best Otc anti sickness tablets to take please?

Prescription is recommended, and OTC anti emetics aren't as strong. You will puke and your CTB attempt will fail.

May I ask - what country are you from? It makes all the difference in what you can get OTC

I'm under observation from my parents 24 7 as they know I'm suicidal. As a 32 year old man. I've got 20g of Sn and some anti acids only. Maybe I need to take 15 and then redose with 5. I need out of this hell im in. I'm going in and out of psychosis daily and close to being sectioned.
I think I need to go with hanging
I'm thinking of taping my mouth so I'm not sick when I pass out
