Discussion What antidepressants work for you?

I've been on many different antidepressants and they all seem to sort of help but still have those really low days. Like today. On Prozac and Limichtol at the moment. Anyone have any luck with any others.

Prozac destroyed my body. I hope you don't go thru what I have.

I feel antidepressants are grossly overprescribed.

I have used Celexa, Zoloft and Prozac in the past. They have turned me into a walking corpse.

I take sertraline (brand name Zoloft) has issues, for me helps a bit maybe not worth the side effects I get. Also Mirtazapine (brand name Remeron) for the most part that just helps with a side effect from the first one. Do i think there doing the job, a little. That combo apparently is the best for me after month long trials over the course of 6 month to a year.

Was on Fluoxetine (Prozac) I got off it quickly I really didn't like it at all.
