So it's likely that I will ctb this weekend and I have a query regarding my eating disorder in relation to fasting before I take N which is my chosen method. I have anorexia, and recently have been dealing with the binge/purge subtype.
I was initially planning on fasting from the afternoon of the night I will take the N but do you think it will matter if I fast or not if I purge everything I eat anyway?
like for example if I was to take the N at midnight but binged and purged like 2 hours beforehand would it make any difference? I can pretty much always purge almost everything I eat so there would be little to nothing left in my stomach anyway
And I know you're prob thinking 'why not just fast to be safe?' -Well it's really hard to do so when you're addicted to binging and purging :/
Another question- Would the fact that I am very underweight have any effect on me taking N? Like could it make it more effective or act faster ?
