Weight is all I feel

I have been so depressed lately, i feel the pain physically. My chest hurts I almost feel like I am suffocating at times. Like there is something heavy on my chest. Do any of you understand this feeling?

My feeling is sort of similar. It's like a weight pulling my throat down and into my stomach. It's like there's some pit right under my chest. You mentioned feeling pain, but for me it's more of a discomfort combined with shortness of breath.
