But who is watering us and where is our sun? Normies just magically expect us to grow as if we are plants, but they fail to realize a plant needs plenty of water and sunshine.

I am like a plant who has been kept in a dingy dark shed who hasn't been watered in years, and then the fully grown strong healthy plant outside tells me bro you just have to grow like me ok bro!

The healthy plant believes it has reached its peak out of delusion and pride, it has completely failed to realise that at a sub-conscious level it never made its own decisions, it was simply being nourished by external sources and followed its path that life intended for him.

Excellent simile. The environment and situation is so important, although that's one reason I'm such an optimist that people can grow more if they start getting the proper water and light.

I have a house plant someone gave me like 8 years ago now. It was originally very healthy. I moved, and it stopped doing well. If I put it out on my porch it got too much sun and was basically bleaching, but in my window it didn't get enough and looked sad with all these dead leaves everywhere.

When I moved into my current house, it started getting the proper light again, but I'll tell you this: I had to cut away some of the dead leaves and branches to let it grow. It was a sad period where it looked pretty empty. Now it's doing great.

The plants that don't get enough water or nutrients must have a pessimistic attitude, choose to be wilted, and aren't enlightened or learning cosmic lessons well enough. All they need to do is choose to be watered and put in more nutrient-rich soil. It's free will. Disgusting how ungrateful wilted plants are.

And sometimes they dump soapy water on us and tell us we're being ungrateful for still asking, this toxic water should be fine. We gave you water, what's your problem? Plenty of people survive like this!

I have a fish metaphor, too. I was a saltwater fish in a freshwater tank. They blamed me for dying, but if they had just put me in salt water, I could have achieved so much.

What would you say you needed in order to grow?

I'm honestly not sure about this. There's the phrase: 'You can lead a horse to water but, you can't make it drink.' I remember at uni, our tutor spelling out a few truths. That college and uni aren't like school. They aren't about spoon feeding you knowledge, testing you and punishing you and telling your parents if you're not keeping up. By the time we get to college and uni- we're young adults and either we are paying shit loads to study there, or- our parents are. Beyond that- it's up to us whether we put in the work or not. The resources are there but- it's up to us how much use we make out of them.

Of course, it's different if you think your upbringing has created certain problems. Probably many of us can trace things like social anxiety back to not being properly socialised or being exposed to bullying.

But- there are people who come from terrible backgrounds- little education, abuse, all sorts and they do pull themselves out. I don't entirely know why. Maybe they had fighting genes. Maybe- because they had to fight so hard in childhood, it prepared them to fight in life.

I'd actually argue the reverse to some extent. Too much pampering- too much wrapping in cotton wool, being spoilt can lead to someone not taking responsibility at all because they assume they will always be looked after.

Sorry to sound so harsh but I haven't gotten the impression you have been neglected as such? A thousand apologies if you have of course. But, your parents still provide for you- yes? Shelter, food, clothes, a college/ uni education? What do you think they should have provided to you that they didn't?

Maybe they should make more allowances with regards to your diagnosed conditions but- ultimately- will that help you to 'grow'? By allowing you not to work because you'd find it too stressful? What do you want them to help you with instead?

I get the impression more- and I'm not blaming you for this... that you'd rather be an artificial plant. You'd rather not need anything or have to put in any effort to get it? I don't blame you by the way. I think I'd like that 'life' too!

Interesting analogy. Normies won't accept this logic though. They have this delusion of a hard working individual deeply rooted in their brain since they believe in this equality crap.

Environmental influences which may have a negative impact on you cannot stop you from reaching a certain goal in life as long as you work hard. Every failure in your life can be relativised with that because if you didn't manage to reach your goal or give up on an early stage, they usually pick the easiest and "optimistic" explanation, which will always be "You didn't work hard enough" (suggesting that if you WOULD have actually worked hard, you would be able to succeed)

Basically they can give off chemical distress signals and have been known to "scream" in frequencies we can't hear normally.

They may suffer too.

However in vertebrates like humans and mice nerves are meant to carry pain signals and send them to the brain to create constant unbearable pain : such an abdominal horror is DNA Based life. But it's lauded everywhere as something awesome, beautiful, a gift
