Help Ways to kill yourself in Canada?

Hello, I'm currently trying to find some good ways to kill yourself. I was looking for some SN but they wont seem to ship to anywhere that is not a lab. Some places to get some would be helpful or other more accessible ways would also be useful. Thanks
