Help Ways of controlling SI without using alcohol or drugs

Does anyone have any ideas on how to control SI without using alcohol or drugs? I don't feel comfortable with the idea of getting drunk by myself, and I don't want to break the law and use drugs such as weed to control my SI. Thanks :)
