Went to the cinema by myself (as I prefer obviously). The movie reminds me of us especially because it revolves around the fact that she doesn't feel like she belongs and her self hatred and lack of self confidence and worth led her towards those extreme situations trying to fit in. It showcases how us (especially women) have an expiring date and when you reach a certain age you stop "deserving" to be loved, respected or having a space in society. The person you are don't matter, with thoughts, dreams, personality, quirks and all. All that matters is your "package", that means your body. In my case I always felt I have no place in the world. Now as I approach 30s it hits even harder. This world is harsh and cruel.

I know most of us don't actually want to fit in, that's why we want to ctb, but while we're here we might engage in SH or painful methods of ctb'ing. Anyway, it's a great movie and I think you should watch it if you have the chance. It is gore. But to me the gorest part is how it shows you no longer should be loved and deserved of attention past a certain age.
