Do you ever feel like you're just wasting away, like your brain's rotting and your life is becoming stale? I just feel so flat.

Yup. Caught in routines and loops. Mind and body are both worse for the wear. Makes me regret being so unhappy when I was sane and fit and throwing it away as a result.
