JStark1809 was a firearms designer known for creating the 3D printed FGC-9. His name was recently released as well as more information about him. In the article it says
His chosen method is relatively new; routine toxicological analysis may fail to detect it. It is possible that after his arrest in late June 2021, JStark decided to take his life.
