Was I Force Fed?

So I was 3 stone (19kg) at the age of 9 when I went into foster care. Social services said to my foster carers that I needed to be a healthy weight, so they made me eat for hours without permitting bathroom breaks or sleep, or if I was about to be sick, was I force-fed?

If they didnt allow bathroom breaks or sleep that sounds like torture over trying to get you help. I do kinda get their logic because its harder to gain weight if you're expelling waste but at the same time preventing someone from using the bathroom is extremely unhealthy and unsafe.

Id say yeah you were and their method of doing it was stupid. Like with losing weight it takes time and you can't rush it or else it either won't work or you'll end up sick and with problems later down the line.

No problem. I'm really sorry you had to go through that, they clearly didn't know what they were doing and just wanted a quick and easy fix at your expense.

Wow I'm sorry you went through that. I was also in the foster system as a teenager and I can relate to the vulnerability of not belonging to anyone and being at the mercy of foster parents. I'm still trying to work though that.
