i've had maxolon (metoclopramide) handed out like candy during many hospital/psych-ward admissions for nausea. for my latest batch from my GP, i just told her i have persistent nausea and have used it in the past with much success. it's not a drug of abuse; they're not going to think "yep, deffo prep for self-poisoning" by default. so if GP is an option, it's not going to be difficult.
