The bat in my house was so small he managed to squeeze out a crack along the side of a window and escape. I saw him do it and for a few minutes got a good look at his cute little face and soft brown fur as he struggled to get out.

Its good to know that somebody other than me likes bats, most people don´t like them, I find them adorable :)

I met a woman who is a full time bat rescuer. I was going to have her come over to rescue the tiny bat in my house but he escaped. She keeps 8 rescued bats in her house, lets them fly around the house.

Here in India we also have the big fruit bats, "flying foxes", who live and move about in great screeching flocks.
