I want to ctb at home but I share a room with my brother. Should I book a hotel room instead? Is SN a noisy method? I've read some accounts of people ctb by SN in their homes and they weren't discovered until days later yet from ppeh and some of the posts I've read, SN makes you really breathy. Does propranolol minimize this to the extent that if my brother is asleep, I can get away with it? Also, I read from most sources that it takes 40 minutes to 8 hours to find my eternal peace through SN, how can I expedite the process to the extent that I ctb in 40 minutes to an hour and a half max? I have (almost) everything that I need for SN, including SN itself, propranolol, olanzapine, paracetamol, all I need is antacid which I will get in these few days. Really want to ctb but I'm nervous all the time, if I book a hotel room, the staff may know what's up and also my family doesn't want me to go out at night, they will call me incessantly if I go out at night. Any tips on booking a hotel room without causing suspicion are also welcomed. Sorry for asking a lot of questions.
