want to CBT due to no job

i really want to move out of my parents place so that i can get in a better place, but due to a lack of having a job i cannot go anywhere, and it makes me want to CBT so bad. i used to SH because the adrenaline rush made me happy, but now that doesnt even help anymore. does anyone else have this issue? i just want to jump off of a building so i dont have any worries anymore

I can't relate tbh but the fact I have to work for the rest of my life why can't we just live :( food, shelter, water, love is all we need but all that cost money such a shame
